We are providing legal aid to Latvian and foreign companies and private persons. There are catering, wholesale, information technology and production companies, as well as developers of the real estate among the clients of our office. The office represents the interests of clients also at court and arbitration both in civil, administrative and criminal cases.

In year 2008 the office has represented a state joint stock company in an international tender procedure. Moreover, the office has provided legal aid in several big transactions in relation to restructuring of loans and companies, reviewing and adjusting construction agreements and assisting client in acquisition of companies.

We are providing legal aid to clients in Latvian, Russian and English languages.

In case of necessity we recommend to our clients our colleague advocates who have been specialising in a specific sphere of law either it is a special issue of civil law or criminal law
